When you use the contact form on this site, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, and the content of your message.

We use this data solely to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to discuss or deliver the services you asked about. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) and, where a contract follows, its performance (Art. 6(1)(b)).

On the live site we use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use the site (pages visited, approximate location, device type). This script only loads and sets cookies after you accept it in the cookie banner shown on your first visit — nothing analytics-related runs before that. 5. How long we keep it
Contact form submissions are kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting project, after which they are deleted.

We don't sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data may pass through our hosting provider and Google (as our analytics processor), strictly to operate the site.
7. Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data, and to object to its processing. To exercise any of these, email [email protected]. You can also lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority (UODO).
